Search access

You can search an address and see the questions with supported answers. Access codes follow the locations, features, and dates included in the code.

No professional determination

Search and its PDFs are informational. They do not replace an attorney, engineer, surveyor, title professional, lender, insurer, inspector, municipal board, permit authority, or official records custodian.

Source limits

Public sources can be incomplete, delayed, unavailable, or changed after access. Read each answer’s scope, date, and source. A missing question does not establish the absence of a hazard or restriction. We do not promise complete property, permitting, insurance, title, or engineering information.
