About Search
Enter a street address, town, and state. Lasting Ground checks the public records it supports for that location and shows the questions with supported answers.
What opens with access?
An access code opens the answers and their evidence. Codes follow the locations, features, and dates included with them.
What if a question is missing?
We leave it out when we cannot support an answer. A missing question does not mean there is no flood risk, restriction, or other issue. If a public source could not be checked, a notice explains that separately.
Who can use it?
Property professionals, residents, and town and state staff can use Search to look up property questions and find the public records behind the answers.
Reading the evidence
The question and answer state what was checked, including a distance or map location where it matters. Source links open in a new tab. A map marker helps locate the search; the agency’s data supports the finding. Source dates and the time we checked them are separate.
These are public-record screening answers. They do not replace a survey, permit decision, professional assessment, or a determination about the whole parcel. Permit history is not included.
