Official records, modeled planning context, nearby context, unresolved items, and source limitations stay in separate lanes. The packet does not blend them into a fake all-knowing score.
Source depth
Full local, regional standard, and core screening labels describe how much local-source support exists for the town and address. They do not promise the same depth for every address.
Public-source evidence
The packet shows record names, record dates, limitation notes, and conservative wording where a source cannot confirm a property-specific result.
